Articles

DSC00032.jpg

Over the last 20 years, I have written nearly 300 articles in German and English for industry and consumer publications ― on topics ranging from beer styles and recipe development, to the beer markets in North America and Europe, to beer history and culture, to brewing raw materials, the effect of climate change, and much more. The world of beer is exciting and fast-moving, and there is always something new to learn and to experience.

My articles have appeared in such publications as The New Brewer, Zymurgy, Brew Your Own, BRAUWELT®, BRAUWELT®INTERNATIONAL, All About Beer, Beer Advocate, The Brewers’ Guardian, BRAUINDUSTRIE, Winemaker, Celebrator, Brewing and Beverage Industry, Ale Street News, Massachusetts Beverage Business, and Brewer World (India). I have been on the Editorial Review Board of Brew Your Own since 2005.
